
Dance Therapy
Dance Therapy is a way of exploring movement as more than exercise. It opens space for release and expression, where the body becomes a guide through personal experience.
It is not about learning steps or moving “the right way.” The practice invites you to be yourself in motion, to follow where the body leads, and to touch moments of freedom, healing, and joy.
This practice is not meant to solve everything at once. It is simply one of many tools, a doorway that helps you meet yourself more closely and open to new inner spaces.



How the Dance Therapy Practice Works

Private Sessions
​Each session begins with setting an intention: Why am I here? What do I need right now? What am I moving toward? What is my goal for this practice? From there the path unfolds.
There is no choreography, no warm-up to master, no mirror to correct you — only the experience of being in your body. Sometimes the work happens in silence, sometimes with music, with eyes closed, in the dark, or in light. I guide and move alongside you, helping emotions surface and giving them space to be felt.
These sessions often go very deep, touching places that words cannot reach. Tears may come, and they are welcome.

Group Sessions
We begin in a circle, each person introducing themselves and sharing why they are here. In silence, with eyes closed, everyone sets an intention for the session. From there the practice grows — sometimes in darkness, sometimes in light, sometimes in pairs, sometimes in free collective flow. There are no mirrors — all attention stays within. The structure is always simple, with space for presence and choice.

Each session brings something different. At times the practice touches elements of ecstatic dance or contemporary movement, yet it is never about technique — it is about feeling, expressing, and connecting. Every reaction is part of the work: laughter, tears, quiet reflection — all of it is welcome.

The Heart of the Practice
Dance Therapy is about meeting yourself in movement — and sometimes, meeting yourself through others. Each session becomes a reminder to let go of what has been carried, to uncover what lies within, and to see that being human, in all its colors, is already enough.
