
Holistic Yoga
I call my practice Holistic Yoga because it brings together everything we are — our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions, and our inner spirit. It is a space to reconnect and find harmony in the middle of daily life.

Through movement and stillness, strength and softness, each session helps release tension and create balance. My experience in dance, psychology, and Eastern traditions gives this practice both depth and warmth.

Here, yoga is not only about exercise. It is about feeling at home in yourself and bringing a calmer, lighter presence into the world around you.



How the Holistic Yoga Practice Works

Private Sessions
​A private session is all about you. We begin with a short conversation to understand your needs — whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or find emotional balance. Based on this, I create a practice tailored to your goals, combining yoga, dance elements, and therapeutic movement if needed. Each session includes meditation and sound — Tibetan or crystal singing bowls — to help you ground and relax. With individual guidance, you can progress at your own pace and receive the attention that is often hard to find in group classes. It’s a safe space to explore movement in a way that feels personal and deeply meaningful.

Group Sessions
​Group sessions are designed to bring people together through shared energy and movement. Practicing side by side builds motivation and creates a sense of community, where everyone supports and inspires each other. Each class begins with a short meditation to set intention and ends with relaxation supported by sound — a light sound bath with singing bowls. While the structure is shared, there is always room for individual interpretation and expression. Moving in harmony with others can feel grounding and uplifting at the same time. Many students find that the collective energy helps them open up and go further than they thought possible.

Online Flow
In our online sessions you can expect a gentle yet powerful practice with stretching elements from the comfort of your home. We begin with grounding breathwork and intention-setting, then move into guided yoga and dance-inspired flow to release stress and awaken energy.
The practice closes with deep relaxation, supported by calming music or sound bowls, so that you can let go fully and recharge. Even through the screen, you will feel connected, lighter, and more centered.
